Reservation confirmation : 

Once payment has been made, a stay confirmation email will be sent with all the information regarding key collection and the functioning of the apartment.

Cancellations :

Cancellations are free if presented before the 20 days preceding the date of arrival, with full refund of the stay. Beyond this period, the stay is no longer refundable.

Security deposit :

A security deposit of € 300.- is requested at the time of your reservation. It will be fully refunded within 7 days of the departure date, subject to any damage noted.

Cleaning :

If necessary, in addition to the standard cleaning provided (€ 100.- per week), a cleaning service is at your disposal.

Rules :

   º  Indoor non-smoking area (possibility outside).  

   º  Small pets accepted. Large dogs are not desirable.

   º  The apartment is available at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.

   º  It must be released by 12 noon on the day of departure at the latest.
