"Estrella del Mar" is the name we have given to this superb apartment located on the ground floor of a new, modern and secure residence, with access to a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's pool and a play area.

It is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom / WC, a sofa bed located in the living room, opened to the dining room, a kitchen and a laundry room. Capacity for a maximum of 6 people. Private parking is available in the basement (free).

The  apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts. It has reversible air conditioning. The terrace is also furnished (tables, chairs, beach umbrella, deckchairs) and you can enjoy the pleasure of eating outside, relaxing and contemplating the landscapes offered by this very sunny region. Parasols and sun loungers by the pool are free.

We also provide you with a baby’s bed, a children's table chair and plenty of sea toys as well as buoys so that the youngest can enjoy sunny days by the sea. Wi-Fi is free.

The The "Mar de Pulpi" residence is part of phase 7 of the Mar de Pulpi complex, near the Andalusian village of San Juan de los Terreros. The place is calm and endowed with superb fine sand beaches. The apartment is ideally located 550 meters from the sea, easily accessible on foot. All amenities are available: Bars, restaurants, hairdresser, supermarket.

We are pleased to make our apartment available to you to enjoy this little piece of paradise on earth. We remain available by phone or email throughout your stay and also have a person on site if needed. A taxi service to pick you up and bring you back to the airport is also available.
